• You are responsible for credentials and activity under your account.
• You will not misuse the Services (e.g., unauthorized access, interference, or unlawful activity).
• You must provide accurate business information needed for onboarding and compliance.

3. Customer data

You retain rights to your operational data. We process it to provide the Services as described in our Privacy policy. AI or analytics features, if enabled, should be described in your product terms and data processing agreement for enterprise customers.

The Services may integrate maps, messaging, or hosting from third parties. Their terms may apply to your use of those components.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Field operations depend on many factors (network, devices, driver behaviour); you are responsible for decisions made using the software.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Services will be limited as set forth in your order form or subscription agreement. If no agreement exists, insert jurisdiction-appropriate limits after legal review.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk. You may stop using the Services subject to your contract and data export provisions.
